Our Purpose

Our purpose is to provide fresh roasted coffee beans. This maximizes coffee flavor and enjoyment to our local coffee drinker. We live in Cheyenne and take great joy in knowing our customers. What sets us apart is, we are Veteran owned, and will keep our customer base small and personal. We employ and train our grandchildren who package and label your coffee beans by hand.

Our focus is buying the best possible bean (scored cupping quality at 88 or higher). We roast through a heat induction roaster to the specific sweet spot for the bean’s full flavor. This part is computerized to insure consistency of each roast. We deliver beans in 1 lb. and ½ lb. bags from a select number of countries. Why beans? It is preferred to grind your own beans, so you get the maximum flavor and freshness.

We used to think coffee was simple but found flavors differ by altitude, country origin, drying process and roasting. Our coffee selection and method of fresh roasts make your taste buds explode with excitement. Using the right home equipment for your specific desires vary. First for best results use a burr grinder then make your drink immediately. Fresh coffee is coffee beans no more than two weeks old when stored dry, cool, and out of sunlight. Two tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water (filtered water is best), then adjust from there. Coffee can be made in a Drip pot, Pour over, Expresso, and French press to name a few (make sure the water is between 195-205 for the best temperature). Once you figure out these particulars you will never go back to the “Old Cup of Joe.”
